Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NoovexOS website and services. By continuing to use them, you agree to these terms. If you use the services for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. New paid memberships are currently paused while the seller identity is being finalized.

The service and ownership

NoovexOS provides free operating-system downloads, documentation and accounts. The NoovexOS project retains rights in its service, documentation, and branding, subject to applicable open-source software licenses. Your use of downloaded software is also governed by its accompanying license. Do not present modified builds as official releases or use the NoovexOS marks without permission.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. Do not use our services for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, malware distribution, security probing, scraping that disrupts the service, or interference with other users or systems.

Payments and subscriptions

New Supporter purchases are paused. Existing memberships cost $10 per month and renew until cancelled. They include the ability to create your own kernel signatures and a username listing on the Community page while active. If you already subscribed, cancel through the customer portal linked in your receipt to stop future renewals.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for the 30-day refund request window.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website and services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Back up your data before installing software. To the extent permitted by law, the service and software are provided without implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Contact us about account data requests as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and post a new date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact the project through its public issue tracker.
