Terms of Service

These terms govern the NoovexOS website and services. By continuing to use them, you agree to the full Terms of Service. New paid memberships are paused while the seller identity is being finalized.

Use of the software

NoovexOS downloads are free. Back up your data before installation. The website and software are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. The NoovexOS project retains ownership of the service, documentation and branding, The NoovexOS software itself is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPLv3).

Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute modified builds as official NoovexOS releases.
• Do not use the services for unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, malware, security probing, disruptive scraping, or interference.

Payments

New Supporter purchases are paused. Existing memberships renew at $10/month until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Accounts

We may suspend or close accounts for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated serious violations.

Changes

These terms may change; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
